Dear Families of Jean Steckle Public School,
This week the KW Humane Society worked with our classes to learn about animal safety. We are grateful for their time and support at Jean Steckle P.S.
I have also received phone calls from our neighbours sharing they are very pleased with our students being safe and walking carefully on the sidewalks! Great work Sting!

Parking Lot Attendant Needed
We are looking to hire a parking lot attendant to help keep our students safe. The time for the position is 8:05 a.m. to 8:35 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please call the office if you or a neighbour or friend is interested in this paid position at the school.
Parking Lot Update
Beginning on Monday, March 2, the parking lot will be closed to traffic beginning at 2:00 p.m. and beginning on Monday, March 9, the parking lot will be closed in the morning and afternoon.
Letters will be sent to each family regarding the changes.
Kindergarten Registration
Thank you to our families who have already registered for the Junior Kindergarten program for next September. We have 68 students already registered. If you have a child who is eligible for school in September, please visit the WRDSB Kindergarten programming, visit www.wrdsb.ca/kindergarten
