Dear Jean Steckle families,

A special message from Mr. Saunders: 

I wanted to inform you that at the end of June, I will be transferring from Jean Steckle P.S. to be the new Vice Principal at Vista Hills P.S. in Waterloo. I have worked for just over 2 years at Steckle and have enjoyed every day.  It has been my great privilege to work with the students, staff and parents of this wonderful place. 

I am saddened to be leaving and sorry that I can’t say goodbye to anyone in person. But, I am excited about the opportunity to take with me a little Steckle spirit and share it with another school community.

I wish everyone health, happiness and a speedy return to this very special building.

On Your Marks, Get Set….Go Virtual!

On June 1, a slideshow will be posted in your child’s Google Classroom with the instructions for our Virtual Track and Field Meet. Students are encouraged to participate in as many events as possible. Students are asked to submit their results on the Google Form that will be shared on June 1 and students will be recognized for their efforts and accomplishments.
