Dear Parents/Guardians.

This is not to alarm, but to keep families informed only:

Re: Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease

It has been brought to our attention that one of the students in the school has been diagnosed with Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease.

The following Symptoms are as follows:

Small ulcers in mouth, (mildly painful), mild fever, small water spots on the palms, soles, and between fingers and toes, or buttocks. Mainly in children 6 months to 4 years but can also be in older ages.

Students can return to school when fever returns to normal range.

We are asking that if at any time when calling in, that if your child/ren have been diagnosed by a Doctor with the above that you let the school know. We are asking that you do not just say that your child is sick.

Thanking you in advance for your support in keeping our children healthy.

Sincerely,

Mr. J. Lepold,

Interim Principal.
