Dear families,
Thank you to our students for their hard work in their classes this week. It was amazing to see the number of students selecting new library books. Thank you to our librarian, Mrs. Haines, for supporting our students and creating a library where students love to visit.
Wishing our families a Happy Thanksgiving! Looking forward to seeing our students on Tuesday.

Parking lot concerns
We continue to experience challenges with our parking lot. Families are asked to work together to ensure all of our students are safe. Please note that all parking spots are assigned for the use of the educators and volunteers at Jean Steckle P.S. Please do not use these parking spaces during the morning drop off. As a reminder, our parking lot is one-way.
Vehicles cannot be left unattended in the parking lot at any time. If you are walking your child to the entry door, please park on the road. Bylaw officers will be visiting the school over the next few weeks and will be ticketing vehicles. Students are encouraged to walk to school to reduce the number of cars using the parking lot.
To support our families, we will be having parking lot attendants to assist in the drop-off and pick up process. Our attendants will be in place within the next week.
