It was another week at Jean Steckle. Our students loved learning outside with the beautiful weather. 

On November 11, our students will participate in a virtual Remembrance Day service. Our students have been working hard to prepare for this important day of reflection.

Extra Masks

Our students have been doing a great job wearing their masks. Now that the weather is changing, students will be changing their masks more often. Please send extra masks to school in their backpacks.

Professional Development Day – November 23

IMPORTANT: Monday, November 23 is a PD Day for all our elementary and secondary schools. Our extended day programs will be CLOSED so staff are able to attend professional development and training sessions. Please plan alternate childcare.

COVID-19 Screening

Safety is a shared responsibility between the school, the home and the community, and families play a critical role in limiting the spread of COVID-19. We remind parents/guardians, students and staff, that they must screen for COVID-19 as part of their morning routine. 

Please use COVID-19 Screening before school each day.
