March 19th, 2021
Dear Jean Steckle families,
What another beautiful week! Our students demonstrated STING (speak with good purpose; teamwork; integrity; never give up; gratitude) through their actions. We have amazing students at Jean Steckle!
Saturday will be the first day of Spring. Wishing you and your family a bright, warm, and beautiful Spring!
Andrea Michelutti, Proud Principal of Jean Steckle Public School
Planning for September
At the end of March, the Principal will begin to project the number of students who live in our boundary who will be attending Jean Steckle PS in September. The projected number of students determines the number of classrooms for the next school year. It is important to submit accurate boundary numbers to ensure we have teachers, classrooms, and materials to ensure our school operates effectively.
If you are moving, please let the office know so we can help with the transition to their new school. If you know of families who are moving into the area and have not registered, please encourage them to reach out to the office and register online. Be sure to encourage your neighbours with students entering the Kindergarten program to register online.
