March 26th, 2021
Dear Jean Steckle families,
Safety is a shared responsibility between the school, the home and the community, and families play a critical role in limiting the spread of COVID-19. We remind parents/guardians, students and staff, that they must screen for COVID-19 as part of their morning routine.
Please use the COVID-19 Screening before school each day and follow the instructions provided about coming to school.
Have a great weekend,
Andrea Michelutti, Proud Principal of Jean Steckle Public School
School Grounds
Our Extended Day Programs have priority to use our schoolyard until 6 p.m. We ask families to remind their children and teenagers to be respectful and wait until the Extended Programs are finished before playing at the school. Please remind them that climbing on the sheds is not permitted.
Thank you for working with our extended day program.
Lost and Found
It is that time again…our lost and found parade. Our students have been great this year with keeping their belongings with them. In the past two weeks, we’ve had lots of “Lost and Found” items. Please review these pics – Lost and Found March 2021– and ask your child to pick up their items next week. Classes will visit the lost and found display too. Any leftover items will be donated on April 1, 2021.
