Dear families,
On Monday at 9:00 a.m., parents are welcome to join our students for our Remembrance Day Service. Students will be sharing poems and songs to reflect on the significance of this day.
Progress reports will be sent home on Monday. If you have questions or would like to have an interview with your child’s teacher, please contact them directly. The teachers look forward to working with you to help your with child succeed at school.
Teachers will be participating in a Professional Development day on Friday, November 16. In the morning, teachers will be working on building strong classroom communities and in the afternoon, teachers will be available to meet with parents if they would like an interview.

We need new socks!
Room 14 will be collecting new, warm socks for the homeless of Waterloo Region. Students will be coming around first break every day to pick up your donations. The goal is to collect 1000 pairs of socks and will be collecting donated socks until November 30. Students will be hanging posters around the school and there will be daily announcements for our students.
Fundraising Survey
The members of the school council are looking for information regarding fundraising projects (in-school fundraising and community fundraising). Please take a few minutes to fill out this brief survey. We have over 100 responses and are hoping more families will share their thoughts.
