Dear families,

Thank you to our families for supporting our school’s move-a-thon last Monday. We will be using the money raised to enhance our students’ learning. We appreciate the support from the members of our School Council who organized the event and ensured it was a success!

Early Entry Procedures (rain days, extreme weather days)

To improve the entry procedures when the bell rings early before school when we have a rain day or an extreme weather day, we have adjusted the entry plan. Students in Kindergarten will continue to enter through their designated doors. The students will be met by a DECE from our Kindergarten Program. All students from Grade 1 to Grade 8 will enter the school through the gym doors. Students will be supervised in the gym until the bell rings and at that time, the students will move to their classrooms. Intermediate students will also report to the gym and then head upstairs when directed. As a reminder, the front door is not an option to enter the building as we are unable to supervise that area.
